The two beautifully appointed converted stone barns are arranged around a courtyard, each with a secluded patio to lap up the sun.

The peaceful rural location comes with the comforts of a boutique hotel and a refreshing contemporary country style. Each barn has a sleigh bed, roll top bath, designer lighting, oak floors and fizzing woodburners. Luxury soft furnishings and styling add to the relaxing and indulgent atmosphere. We have just the two self-catering cottages, so we can ensure that they are as perfect as possible.

An apple and cherry orchard lies just beyond the courtyard, framing a glorious view of rolling fields leading down to a tangle of wood with a stream in the valley. Guests are free to walk around our 12 acres and you may come across the occasional deer as well as many of the wild birds who make their home here.

All this is just a few minutes from the enchanting creeks and estuaries of the south Cornish coast and also a short drive from the rugged coastline and surfing beaches of the north Cornish coast. A very attractive 18 hole golf course is situated right next to Bolotho Barns, the National Trust's Trelissick Gardens is five minutes away and there are three lovely village pubs nearby.
