Bramblings Barn
Bramblings is a boutique barn conversion in the beautiful Cornish countryside fully equipped for a luxury self-catering holiday. Surrounded by rolling hills, enchanting creeks, and just a short drive from the surfing beaches of the north coast, this is the perfect spot for your Cornish getaway.
The Living Area
One of just two charming and stylish cottages; Bramblings offers both seclusion and great attention to detail. The lavender lined entrance leads to a high-beamed cosy sitting room with its own wood burner, making it the perfect space for a toasty evening after a day outdoors. There’s also a separate kitchen-diner with another bright and airy sitting area.
The Bathroom
The large ensuite bathroom boasts double sinks, a roll-top bath, and a walk-in shower. Fluffy towels, bathrobes and organic Trevarno toiletries, made locally, are provided. There is a welcome bottle of award-winning Camel Valley wine and local Kernow chocolates waiting for you on arrival.
The Bedroom
Bramblings sleeps up to two adults with its spacious, en-suite bedroom with a king-size sleigh-bed with crisp white linen, and a dedicated workspace. With views of the courtyard and trees that surround the barn, this is an airy and luxurious space to relax in after a day spent exploring Cornwall. We can also cater for babies; with cots, toys, and baby baths available.
Outside Space
Bramblings offers its own private enclosed patio with outdoor dining furniture, a BBQ grill, and sun-loungers. The barn leads on to our courtyard, with an apple and cherry orchard, and our two-acre paddock lying just beyond. From here you can enjoy the glorious views of rolling fields and enchanting creeks that make for perfect walks and bike rides.

We’re lucky to live and work in a beautiful part of the country and we’re committed to keeping it that way. That’s why we’re ecologically focused; the cleaning products provided (all Ecover or similar) are chosen with their environmental credentials in mind, recycling and composting facilities are provided and encouraged, and we also partner with a sustainable laundry provider, White Cloud.
The owners live next door to the cottage and are on hand to give advice and recommendations on a variety of local activities and restaurants. Bolotho Barns are particularly well located for a range of water sports on both coasts, bike trails with bike hire and beautiful coastal, moorland and forest walks.
Bolotho Barns is Visit England 5 Star and Gold award rating, as well as Covid ‘Good to Go’ certified.
